Robert Black has more than 35 years of experience working with attorneys, accountants, medical professionals, business owners, and executives. He consults with clients on financial planning, estate planning, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning.
He is one of the five founding principals of Atlas Advisory Group, LLC. Atlas Advisory Group is a Member Firm of M Financial Group, one of the nation’s premier financial services design and distribution companies serving the affluent and corporate markets.
A graduate of St. Peters College, Robert earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College in 1981 and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from the same institution in 1984.
Robert has lectured before numerous organizations, including many civic groups and various Bar Associations. Additionally, he has given more than fifty seminars to physicians on topics such as insurance planning, investments, and retirement planning.
Recognized and respected for his industry knowledge, Robert has served on the Cranford New Jersey Mayor’s Committee on Business Expansion and the Saint Peters College Planned Giving Council’s Executive Committee. He is currently President of the Monmouth-Ocean Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey, the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), and an associate member of The New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
Robert is past President of Cranford Jaycees and was honored as one of the Outstanding Young Men in America in 1983.
